As an employee of Ramsey, you would be eligible to participate in the following insurance plans: Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, and Short Term Disability. Employees can take advantage of an HSA with company contributions.
At Ramsey, all employees are encouraged to assume responsibility and take initiative. A request for additional responsibilities and training is always welcome by the company's management. Ramsey will reimburse an employee for any training that has been approved in advance and then successfully completed.
Children of Ramsey employees may qualify for Ramsey's college tuition assistance program. To qualify, an employee must have at least five years of service with Ramsey.
