JOB TITLE: CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machining Center
Experienced Machinist & Operator (1st shift 4-day work week)
Reports To: Sprocket Supervisor
This associate will operate various equipment within a “job shop” environment as well as a diverse background in manufacturing. Someone able to change and adapt to an ever-evolving manufacturing environment, within a small fast-paced family involved organization. This position requires familiarity with CNC setup, programing, and operation of equipment. Primary responsibility is to ensure the right parts are prepared and delivered to the QC department in a timely manner, while minimizing cost, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience machine operator, or related field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintaining and updating financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, commissions, expense reports, all company credit cards, bank reconciliations, and cash applications
- Financial Analysis: Preparation of financial statements, such as income statements, 1099’s, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, by gathering and analyzing financial data

- Accounts Payable: Processing and monitoring invoices and purchase orders from vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Compliance and Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations (GAAP&IFRS)
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders including weekly labor reports
- Taxation: Assisting with tax-related activities, such as tax audits and sales and use tax, and maintaining tax records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Financial Systems and Software: Utilizing accounting software and financial systems to input and extract data, reconcile accounts, generate reports, and streamline processes and identify inefficiencies
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and procurement, to provide accounting support, resolve issues, and ensure accurate financial data
- Project & Planning: Implement paperless credit card process & other projects as assigned.
