Product Training Workshop Held at Ramsey Products

Company Representatives for Ramsey Products were welcomed to the Ramsey manufacturing plant for in-depth product training. During the 1-1/2 day workshop held October 15 and 16, the reps learned about new products, new applications and new tools for the market. Many of the participating representatives had not previously visited the plant, so they were able to see first-hand the production line and the people they work with. New reps were given a comprehensive overview of Ramsey products; and older reps were able to learn about all that’s new at Ramsey.

The main event began with a classroom session led by Bob Finchum, one of Ramsey’s senior engineers, followed by a factory tour where the entire line of Ramsey American-made product is produced. The manufacturer’s representatives were able to view each segment of the production process, and discuss it with the people who actually produce the product. A luncheon with all the Ramsey staff was held in honor of the reps and the workshop ended with an open discussion that proved to be very beneficial for all.

“In an effort to continue to have an extremely high level of knowledge among our representative network, and to develop better communication and a closer relationship with them, we plan to have a workshop like this once or twice a year,”  states Bryan Johnson, Regional Sales Manager for the Americas.
